You can prepare this kurkure snack with few available ingredients in your kitchen. One thing that you need to know while preparing any kurkure recipe is that you need to consume it right after you prepare it because it gets soggy if left in the air for a long time.


  • One package of kurkure
  • Half medium-size onion
  • Half capsicum
  • One medium-sized tomato
  • Ketchup
  • Lemon juice
  • Chat masala (optional)


  • Chop medium size onion in half. As you will need half onion to prepare this kurkure snack, so chop one half into fine pieces. Put chopped onion aside. You will need it later.
  • Chop capsicum into half. You will need half capsicum, so chop it into fine pieces.
  • Now chop medium-sized tomatoes into fine pieces.
  • After vegetables are chopped, open the package of kurkure and transfer it into a bowl.
  • Add chopped vegetables and mix them well.
  • Sprinkle chat masala, if you like the taste.
  • Next, you need to add ketchup to kurkure. You can either use hot and spicy tomato ketchup or hot and sweet ketchup. You can use ketchup as per your taste.
  • Now add one tablespoon lemon juice and give it a good mix.

  • Onion
  • Carrot
  • Tomato
  • Pomegranate
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chaat masala
  • Sweet chutney

  • Firstly, you have to chop all the vegetables. You can use vegetables according to your preferences.
  • Chop onion, tomato, coriander leaves, and green chili into fine pieces. If you are using chili kurkure, then you can skip using green chili as the chili flavor of kurkure is already spicy.
  • For the carrot, you will need a grater, so grate the carrot into fine pieces.  
  • In the bowl, add one package of kurkure, then add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped green chili, and grated carrot. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add chaat masala as per your taste. You can skip using chaat masala if you don’t like the taste.
  • Then add few pinches of salt and sweet chutney. Give it a good mix. While mixing, make sure that all the ingredients are uniformly coated with masalas.
  • Add pomegranate and mix it.
  • Then garnish the dish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Taste before serving. You can adjust the ingredients.

  • Boiled sweet corn
  • Roasted peanuts
  • Green chutney
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander leaves
  • Chaat masala
  • Pomegranate

  • Chop one small size onion and one small size tomato into fine pieces. Put it aside for later use.
  • Now you need to dry roast peanuts. In a non-stick pan, dry roast 2 tablespoons peanut on medium-low flame. Roast peanuts for a minute. And keep stirring while roasting peanuts.
  • Transfer peanuts into a bowl and allow it to cool at room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, you can boil the baby corn. After it is boiled, transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
  • Now in another bowl, add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, roasted peanuts, boiled baby corn, and pomegranate. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Then add few pinches of salt, green chutney as per your taste, red chili powder, and chaat masala. Again mix the ingredients.
  • Next, add kurkure to the bowl. Again mix it. Ensure that each piece of kurkure is coated with spices.
  • Add half cup of sev. Again you need to give it a good mix.
  • Finally, garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Taste it and adjust the flavor.
