Recipe with black pepper

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1tbsp baking powder
  • 1 cup of grated pecorino
  • 2o gram of parmigiano reggiano
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of ground black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 3 tbsp butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line muffin tray with muffin liner
  3. In a bowl add flour, baking powder, grated Parmigiano and pecorino , a pinch of salt, and black pepper. Mix them all well
  4. Take another bowl to mix beaten egg, milk, and melted egg. Give it a good mix.
  5. Combine two bowls together, then mix them well.
  6. Ensure that batter is lumpy.
  7. Fill muffin liners with batter. Put one tablespoon of batter in the muffin liner. Quantity of batter to pour into the muffin liner depends upon its size.
  8. Bake the muffin in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180 degrees Celsius.

Recipe with white pepper

White pepper is less commonly used in food than black pepper. Though white pepper is use only in some cuisine, it has a unique taste that can enhance the taste of the food. This recipe uses white pepper to cookies.

Ingredients

  • Ground ginger- 1 tsp
  • Ground cardamom- 1/2 tsp
  • White ground pepper- 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cinnamon- 1/2 tsp
  • Ground cloves- 1/4 tsp
  • Flour- 3 and a half cup
  • Baking soda- 1 tbsp
  • Salt- 1/2 salt
  • Unsalted butter- 10 tbs
  • Light brown sugar- 1/2 cup
  • Eggs- 2
  • Molasses- 3/4 cup

Candied citrus peel

2 cups wide strips lemon, lime, orange, or grapefruit zest

2 cup granulated sugar

Instruction:

Prepare candied citrus peel

  1. Place citrus zest in a saucepan and pour in cold water to cover. Bring to a boil and drain. Do the process 2 times.
  2. Mix sugar and 2 cup of water in pan. Then bring the mixture to boil until the sugar gets dissolved. Add citus zest and bring just to a simmer.   7. Beat on low speed after every addition. Stir in 1 cup candied citrus peel.
  8. Place dough by rounded tablespoons between 2 parchment-lined baking sheets.
  9. Bake it for 10-12 minutes.
  10. Allow the cookies cool, then transfer them to the plate.
